الملخص

The Makkan era witnessed significant events such as the sufferings faced by the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) after Prophethood, migration to Abyssinia, the boycott, and subsequent migration to Medina. The incident of the Valley of Abū Ṭālib, a three-year social boycott of Banū Hāshim, is particularly significant in Islamic history. However, the exploration of the respective authentic resources has been overlooked to bring out more comprehensive information about the incident. This research paper addresses the lack of extensive exploration and historical details regarding the Valley of Abū Ṭālib in Makkah. It is mainly aimed at exploring key narrations from reliable sources, including Ṣaḥiḥ Bukhārī and Ṣaḥiḥ Muslim, directly related to the incident of the Valley of Abū Ṭālib to establish scholarly authenticity and a clearer understanding of the event. The researcher worked profoundly to analyze transmission chain reliability, ensuring that the incident was transmitted through robust methods. The paper solely focuses on narrations from Ḥadith collections directly related to the incident, excluding unrelated sources and incidental mentions. By shedding light on the Valley of Abū Ṭālib, the Incident within it and its historical significance during the Makkan era, this research paper contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of this crucial period in history. It utilizes reliable narrations and analyzes transmission chains to overcome the scarcity of information and historical challenges.
