أبوالبقاء الرندي ومكانته الشعرية والعلمية
Abu Al-Baqaa Al-Randi and his poetic and scholarly standing
الملخص
Al-Randi is one of the flags of Arab thought in Andalusia. The poet’s nickname differs in translated sources. He was born in Randa, one of the ancient cities of Takarta. The biography books did not mention anything about his family except that he lamented his son, wife and father in a number of his poems and it seemed that he had more than one brother. Translated sources had unanimously agreed that he was a poet, a jurist, a pious, humble and pious of soundness and reason. Al-Randi was known for his culture in various sciences, as he was proficient in literature and arts, jurisprudence and criticism, as well as history, and six sheikhs directly influenced his personality and culture, as he took from them his sciences and literature.
And it was said that he was the culmination of Andes writers, he was skilled at disposing of the system of speech and its prose, he was an artist in great sources, and that he had three sources of his culture, religious origins, historical and literature origins. The linguistic culture in his poetry was an indication of his exploration of Arabic sciences and the breadth of his culture, as well as his ability to invent his systems of riddles in prose. Al-Randi was not far from the writers of his era, but rather had a strong connection with them. Al-Randi died at the age of eighty-three. Only seven of his books are known, five of them are missing, while the others are Al-Wafi in Systems of Rhymes, which aims to form an idea about criticism for the reader, as well as dealing with poetry. Al-Randi occupied a prominent place among the writers of his era, and he received the attention of late writers and critics. He won the approval of his contemporaries.
