Ethical values are the foundation of any state which gives distinct identity to its culture, temperament, habits and customs. Where Islam has led the way in other fields, it has also provided detailed instructions on ethics, these are the instructions that distinguish Islamic society from non-Muslim societies. The reign of Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA) is called the best reign in terms of administration, because during this period, the boundaries of the state were greatly expanded, due to which there was contact with new and non-Muslim nations and there was a large-scale interaction of Muslims. Due to this, the morals of Muslims were affected. Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA) was well aware of this problem, so he continued to advise and train the Muslims along with the management of the state. The importance of moral values in running any ideological government cannot be ignored. Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA) also paid special attention to this issue and the steps he took are of importance in today's era. In this article, a research study of the sayings and commands of Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA) is being presented that what he did for the moral training of the people while in his position.
