Allah Almighty has appointed four types of means of livelihood for humans. Trade, agriculture, industry and employment. But observation it is that most of these four people are related to the Job. Therefore, many our country is related to the job sector. Among the problems that the world is facing in the present time, one of the major problems is the anxiety of the employees and their balanced wages. On the presentation of the annual budget in our country, government employees hold protests to increase their salaries. Likewise, the employees of private institutions also continue to struggle so that their salaries can be increased, and they can meet their living needs. In other provinces in relation to KPK, teachers at religious schools, other employees and imams of mosques are also victims of this problem. Their salaries are up to eight thousand, ten thousand and more than fifteen thousand despite this storm of inflation. Although they do not protest, they are very low. They are satisfied with the salary, but they are being exploited economically. Although they do not complain to the trustees, they also wish that their wages should be fixed so that they can live like other middle-class people of the country can meet the needs of life. But the question arises, According to Sharia, the wages of employees should be determined under what criteria? Due to which this class can be satisfied economically and can meet their needs of life in a good way. The article under review is related to "Sharia standard of wage determination".
