The biography of the Prophet P.B.U.H is a subject with which scholars have been engaged in every age. Because as Muslims, our welfare in this world and the hereafter is connected with the Prophet. In many places in the Holy Quran, it is ordered to follow the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). A prominent name among the scholars who wrote books on the Prophet's life is Hazrat Muhammad Ibn Isḥāq. He received knowledge from the disciples of the Companions of the Prophet P.B.U.H. And his famous book is known as Seerat Ibn Isḥāq. Therefore, this book became a reference for all the biographers who came after him. You are called the Imam of the art of Biography and Maghazi. Scholars have acknowledged his meritorious services in this field and have praised him. In this article, a research review of the opinions of the muhaddiths about his services and his academic position on the biography of the Prophet P.B.U.P has been presented and the style of the paper is historical, narrative and analytical.
