Abstract

There is no doubt that any resistance in a land that repels aggression against its land, its honor, its identity, and its country’s goods, and defends its existence and freedom, has a political, intellectual, cultural, and media discourse with a linguistic load that expresses belonging, roots, and national identity, and because Palestine is Arab, Muslim, and occupied by force from the Zionist entity from 1948 to the present day. This people resists its people throughout the stages of this history, a valiant resistance to regain the land and preserve the honor, all the way to the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, which began on October 7, 2023, and the great impact it left on all levels: international political, military, and historical (the history of the conflict), and the global movement (the interactions of peoples). ), and the media...etc.

What the eye observed, the ear was affected by, and the sensations and feelings interacted with, was the speech of the valiant resistance in wounded Gaza, especially the statements and speeches of its military spokesman, “Abu Ubaida,” which he appears from behind the screens of the world, regardless of their orientations and locations, as he speaks in eloquent, sober, and sound Arabic, with a distinctive voice tone that has had a profound impact on people. Arab and non-Arab recipients alike, and it has become a subject of analysis at levels of discourse in regional and international circles searching for messages, suggestions, symbols and codes that they believe are in dire need of them to achieve some interest.

There is no doubt that these speeches, with their media, military, political and doctrinal content, serve the Arabic language directly and indirectly, especially since Abu Ubaida delivers them in Arabic only, leaving the translation to its owners across the globe across the five continents of the world.

In this research, I will analyze and study - God willing - the value of these speeches in terms of their form and content, their linguistic and phonetic structure, their style, statement and eloquence, the extent of the influence they have on the global media and cultural community, and living examples of what they market as a package that serves and develops Arabic.

Therefore, I will answer a basic question: To what extent does the current resistance media discourse contribute to serving the Arabic language and rooting it?
