Keywords:
Islamic Fiqh, Quran and Sunnah, Hadith Scholarship, Principles of Deduction, Four ImamsAbstract
Islamic Fiqh (Jurisprudence) is such a knowledge that covers all aspects of human life, including beliefs, worship and affairs and apart from this, there are other aspects as well. Everyone knows that the basis of this knowledge is derived from the words of the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah. The responsibility of spreading this knowledge lies on the shoulders of the Scholars of Hadith and Jurists. For this reason, the respected scholars of Hadith have intended to spread this knowledge through their own special principles (methods) in translations. The same Scholars of Hadith are also Jurists and Imams, and they are also the authors of the four Su'nan, meaning this blessed community is both a scholar of Hadith and a Jurist at the same time. That is, the narration of the Hadith has also been collected and the understanding (perception)has been collected. They have amassed a vast store of knowledge of Qur'an and Hadith for the Um' Mah. They have laid the foundation for the principle of deriving arguments from central arguments. They derived their Fiqh (jurisprudence) from these principles in terms of chapters and translation. Certainly, the Imams, who are the authors of the four Su'nan, followed in writing and compilation of their books. They are following the most subtitle, refined and clear paths in collecting Hadith. For this reason, the eyes of scholars have been drawn towards them. These scholars turned to these Su'nan, interpreted their texts and Hadith and questioned the validity of their credentials.
